About us
The Mumbai Company Law Tribunals Bar Association has been formed in the year 2024, comprising of advocates practicing regularly in Company Law matters and before the National Company Law Tribunal. We aim to establish a well-organized and unified platform for our members, aiming to significantly streamline court processes and foster a robust and meaningful dialogue between the bar and the bench. This important initiative not only encourages the sharing of best practices and invaluable experiences among practitioners but also facilitates constructive engagement with tribunal authorities. The ultimate result is improved case management and a more cohesive and harmonious legal environment for all involved.
As advocates unite under this common banner, they collectively heighten their influence on crucial policy advocacy and contribute significantly to the ongoing evolution of company law jurisprudence in Mumbai.
We also aim to organize programs for continuous legal education for our members, and hope to have special initiatives for growth and training of our younger members.
